When can I check-in and check-out?

You may check-in from 2 pm and check-out from 11 am.

You may leave your luggage in our free deposit if you need to.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, Diner Club, American Express, JCB.

What are your cancellation policies?

In general, you have the chance to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival. In the event of no-show or of a cancellation past the defined time limit, you will have to pay the cost of one night. We ask for your credit card details only as guarantee for your reservation. We will not charge any costs before you leave.

Do all rooms have sea view?

No, although many of our rooms have sea view, some of them overlook our garden. If you want to be sure to book a sea view room, book directly from this website and select “sea view”.

Do you have Internet?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi in all rooms and common hotel areas.

Can you organize tours or excursions?

Our hotel offers you many daily activities that you can book directly in the hotel at least one day in advance.

How can I get to the centre or to Sorrento if I don’t have a car?

Our hotel has a daily return shuttle bus service that will take you to Massa Lubrense and Piazza Antiche Mura in the centre of Sorrento. Timetable: 08.00 - 09.30 - 11.30- 16.00 - 18.30 - 21.00 (one way) /10.00 - 12.00 - 16.30 - 19.00 - 21.30 - 23.30 (return)
