What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation is usually allowed within 3 days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation outside these terms or a “No Show”, the amount of the first night will be charged. Credit card details are required only to guarantee the reservation. No charges will be made before departure. Please carefully check the cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Does every room have a sea view?
No, although many of our rooms offer sea views, some overlook the hotel’s private garden. If you want your Sorrento holiday to include one of our rooms with sea view, we suggest you book directly on this site and choose the category “sea view” when you make the booking.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes our Wi-Fi works through the hotel in the rooms and all public areas.
Can I take a tour or trip in Sorrento and the area?
The 4-star Hotel Delfino can arrange lots of different trips (Capri/Amalfi/Positano). You can book directly with the hotel with at least one day’s notice.
Can I get to the centre of Sorrento without a car?
The Hotel offers a daily shuttle service which can easily bring you to Massa Lubrense or Piazza Antiche Mura in the centre of Sorrento.
